Define the standard path.
Delivery contracts, data models, permissions, and readiness rules should make the common case predictable across partners.

A CONVERSATION / NOT JUST A RESUME

01 / THE PERSON
I have worked across Microsoft operational platforms, conversational AI, and GrabTV product and customer integrations. Today, my media work connects live conversations to distribution across channels. The common thread is turning operational complexity into systems people can trust.
For scaled content systems, my focus is clear: reusable delivery capabilities, simpler workflows, and accountable human judgment at consequential decision points.
02 / SELECTED EXPERIENCE
Case studies reflect my account of the work.
Metrics are self-reported, not independently verified.
A progression of work, including overlapping assignments. Exact engagement boundaries are being reconciled across historical records.
03 / SYSTEMS LAB
A delivery can move automatically. A rights conflict cannot. My operating principle is to put clear gates, owners, and recovery paths into the workflow.
THE ECONOMICS OF AN EXCEPTION
Revenue matters alongside audience value, rights, quality, and the long-term burden on operators. This model isolates incremental delivery economics; it does not represent Netflix margins.
THE DECISION CHAIR / ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS
MY DECISION FRAMEWORK
Audience value, rights, operating cost, and the health of the shared platform belong in the same decision.
04 / HOW I THINK
Delivery contracts, data models, permissions, and readiness rules should make the common case predictable across partners.
Consider incremental value, ongoing cost, and effects on existing users. Invest where a capability strengthens the whole platform.
People own consequential judgments. Automation works inside boundaries, with review triggers and a visible record of decisions.
Faster launch, reliable delivery, lower cost, customer value, and operator experience. Task counts alone do not establish success.

INTRODUCTION
I am at the intersection of product, media, and business value. I have led operational transformation, built AI systems, and worked on media products. I also go live regularly, which keeps me close to the practical work of producing and distributing content.
I want to bring that experience to the difficult platform work: making delivery repeatable, reducing manual effort, and helping diverse content reach audiences reliably.
My name is David Goecke. My work connects product leadership, AI, and media operations. At Microsoft, I helped replace legacy investment workflows and simplify operational processes. At GrabTV, I led product and customer integrations across multiple surfaces. In media production, I work with the path from live recording to distribution. What interests me about scaled content systems is building a reusable platform that makes content delivery easier while preserving accountable human judgment. I would bring a focus on simplicity, operational reality, and measurable business value.
THE MEDIA OPERATING WORKFLOW / REVETING
StreamYard live show, host, audience comments, and raw recording.
Podcast hosting and RSS distribution to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio.
AI-assisted selections and distributed human editors for context, quality, and scheduling.
Audience analytics, QR responses, CRM sign-ups, and product conversion inform the next decision.
The workflow described reflects my operating experience. Rights, editorial approval, destination acceptance, and actual conversion attribution remain part of the work.
07 / NEXT CONVERSATION
Partner delivery. Platform strategy. Automated publishing.
Accountable human judgment.
